- A refund request for an auto-renew order that the customer is unaware or doesn't receive the auto-renew notification in

- A refund request due to technical trouble of the purchased product and no available solution has been provided within 5
days. In this case, Keeprix will refund you if you do not want to wait for a future upgrade or solution.
Once we issue a refund, the corresponding activated code will be deactivated, and you are required to uninstall the
software and remove it from your computer.
Generally, if any customer asks for refund, he/she will receive it. Unless:
- A refund request for order exceeds the date of Money Back Guarantee.
- Ask refund after you have agreed to exchange another Keeprix products already.
- Fail to register product due to improper operation.
